Here goes once again:
B = Coffee
S = Protein drink
L = Cheese stick
S = Protein drink
D = Turkey soup with 6 crackers
I really need to increase my protein as I seemed to notice a little more hair coming out in the shower. I will more than likely have another protein drink before bed.

Missing the meeting tonight -- no one to watch the kids.
Anyway, this was my day:
B - Cottage cheese & Coffee w/1 1/2 scoops Beneprotein
L - 3oz tuna w/mayo and a bag of Atkins sour cream & onion crunchers
s - Momentum bar
D - Chicken casserole
s- sf popcicle and popcorn w/1oz melted mozz cheese on top
water water water..... boy am I having trouble fitting this in.
