I go for my appointment with Dr. Duffy (Dr Bell Team) on December 22 and I was just wondering when do I find out what time is my surgery. Just trying to plan ahead. I can't believe I am having surgery in 27 days....

They will give you all the info that you need at that appointment. And bring a list of questions with you! My surgery was scheduled for 1pm and I did not have it until after 2pm, so plan ahead.

Magaly, Congrats on your upcoming surgery. Usuually you don't know until your pre-op meeting what time your surgery is and then it is subject to change. I know people that were told the day before what time to come in and others who had a time and were called that morning and told to come in earlier. Usually if you are the first one in the morning the time stays the same but otherwise you don't really know for sure until you are actually there........ Good luck and may your slide to the losing side be as uneventful and pain free as possible. Hope to see you at a support group meeting in 05 .. Linda :angel;

I agree, they will give you a time at your appt, but they will also tell you to call the hospital the day before to get an exact time.Schedules do change, if your surgery is on a Monday, they will have you call on friday. Best to you! I'm excited for ya! Robin R -36 lbs
