Joanie's Food Log- Monday
Here I am.. I survived the Holiday with no weight gain..
. Today this is what I plan to eat.
B=isopure/12oz of water
snack= string cheese
lunch= 2 thin slices of ham and 1/2 slice of cheese
no snack today
dinner= 2 oz of sliced beef and small amount of vegetables..

1 cup of coffee w/ splenda and 1/2 & 1/2
S: Body Choice High Prot Low Carb Cappuccino 15 g
L: Lean Pockets Ultra Pocket 24 g
D: Atkins RTD Strawberry Shake 20 g
S:about 12 or so ozs of Carb Countdown milk. 15 g
I was a very very good girl today.
