Joanie's Food Log-Tuesday
I am sooo not into the unflavored protein powder. I had one bad experience (in chicken broth) with it in the begining and it totally turned me off. Wish I could help.
B: 1 scrambled egg with 1 slice of Amer. Cheese 9 ish?
12 oz High Protein Cappuccino 15 g.
L: Lean Pockets Ultra Turkey, Ham and cheese 24 g.
D: Atkins RTD Strawberry Shake 20 g.
S: 1 oz serving of low carb Chili cheese Kruncheeze 10 g. 2 small slices of cracker barrel (Awesome if you like to crunch and does not taste like cardboard like the others.... go to kaysnaturals.com if you want to check them out, they will send you a variety pack to try out... the only reason I found them was because I bought a bag of white cheddar kruncheeze at the 7-11 near the meriden mall and cant find them anywhere else.)
Carb Countdown Milk 12 g.
will be drinking some decaf tea till I go to bed to get in some more liquids...
