Hi Everybody I was watching the show called The biggest loser and like this show. Everybody know that I have personal trainer ,Linda for three times a week and did my own excercise at home. Since Joanie uses her food log , I decided to use excercise log everyday to help people to motive go for excercise. Last sunday night, I went to bed and my daughter woke me up at 130 am and said she had a nightmare so I let her to sleep with me on my bed. Well she moved alot and kicked me alot!! So I did not slept good at all and went to work yesterday morning. End of the day, I was sooooooo tired but did 20 min for trend mill and did 50 situp while using excercise ball. I felt good to not making an excuse for excercise no matter I was so tired last night. I had a good night sleeping last night and tonight I will see my personal trainer to work hard for an hour. Expect to be sore next day . Sunday excercise bike.... 30 min while I watched rent movie on TV excerise ball with using my dumb bell weight lifts for my arms 12 times for three times and situp for 65 times on excercise ball Monday was sooooooo tired but did 20 min trend mill and 50 situp on excercise ball will put excercise log tomrorow morning for what I did with my personal trainer Since I have personal trainer, I lost alot of inches from my waist and abs which I need that because my stomach was like very round apple size.
