Hi Rebecca and the rest of CT! Sorry you couldn't find me yesterday!
OK..not a great day yesterday..I need to stop this grazing. Tood the ritz crackers out of site..and for some reason..I grabbed a couple handfuls of mini marshmallows...it made me feel ill..so that was a good thing!
Anyway..here goes today.
B-hard boiled egg
S-protein drink
L-hamburger-no bun--salad
S-cup of chicken noodle soup (homemade)
D-family is having pasta...to be honest---I have no idea
I went to my water aerobics class last night...3/4 of it seemed to easy...either that or I was doing something wrong. We have a different teacher on Wed and someone said she gives a better workout..so I will see what happens.
Gotta run...

I should do this more often, it will keep me on track.
B - 3/4 c total protein - 14g (I love this cereal!)
L - Chef's salad (1-2 oz. ham, turkey, cheese, leftover from last night's dinner) - 7g or 14g depending if I can eat that much protein
D - not sure yet, probably leftover chef's salad again (but with more protein), or some chix breast (trying for 14g protein)
no snacking, but will probably down a couple of sf popsicles, and at least 64 oz. of water! And will supplement at night with protein supplements to make up the rest of my protein.

your body cannot process more than 30 g of protein at one time. Time should be about an hour.
So your protein drink was 200 calories (4 cal per gram) but only 30 grams of protein. When you do the math, although it was protein, ht ecalorie count to get it wa almost as high as if you were eating fat.
Sorry for the news. Time to cut it into 2 servings.

Hi everyone,
I stuck to my plan yesterday - and that made me feel like I'm back in control!
Here's today's plan:
B - Dexitrim All-In-One Bar (these are great)
1 cup part-skim ricotta mixed with splenda and cinnamon
2 TBL Pro-Stat 64 in 20 oz of decaf tea
L - Leftover Chineese - scallop & shrimp in garlic sauce (I'll give the kids the fried rice)
S - Either EAS Advantage Shake; Dexitrim All-In-One Bar or 1/3 cup almonds.
D - late tonight - after Dr. Bell's support group meeting. If we go to Chili's, I'll have chili and a small salad otherwise I'm not sure, but I will do my best to make a good choice.
I drink about 130 oz each day of decaf, sugar free beverage - mostly water, so even if I don't write it down, I am certainly consuming it!

b- 1/2 english muffin toasted with tuna salad made with light mayo, 2 sugar free bread and butter pickle slices, 3 grape tomo's and a slice of light cheese
l- lean cuisine
d- cheese stix
s- sugar free kozy shack tapioca pudding)

Here is my menu for the day:
B- Morning Start Strawberry Crisp Breakfast Bar, 12gr protein
s- Protein shake, 20gr protein
L- caesar salad w/grilled chicken (boss is buying again)
D- Homemade pizza - toppings off 2 slices, and half the crust of 1 slice.
S- not sure
Water, and more water. I am already seeing a difference in my skin since I increased water again several days ago.

I was much better with my snacking last night! I still need to do Fitday, but 1 step at a time!
I don't feel well at all today. My tummy feels very icky this morning. My daughter had a stomach bug over the weekend and I am hoping I don't get it, or at least it passes quickly!
B- CC Chocolate Milk w/ Unjury (30-35g)
S- Herbal Tea- I have a variety pack so I'm not sure which flavor I will pick
L- I brought some Sheppards Pie (2oz Ground Turkey w/ 1oz potatoes & cheddar cheese) (15g). I may opt for some soup though, if I don't feel better!
S- Chicken Broth
D- The Chicken I didn't make last night w/ a little broccoli (15g)
S- 1oz Cheddar (7g)
Lots of water too!

Trying to stay on the protein train strictly but it's so hard. Since I started working 2nd shift I have my good days and bad days.
B: Morning Start Cereal with Carb countdown milk Approx. 20 g
L: Small peice of Pork Loin with 1 small new pot, u know the ones the size of a ping pong ball (no clue how much protein) thinking approx 10
D Strive Protein Bar 21 g
S Protein SHake 15 g. will drink this sometime during the evening.
Late night snack ... 12 ozs Carb Countdown milk 12 g.
Hopefully I don't Faulter off my path. Best of luck to everyone.
