Kathy's Excercise Log- Sunday
Hi Everybody,
I went to bed early last night because I had a bad headaches because of my period but this morning I woke up and feel better than yesterday. You see I am morning person and cannot sleep late like some of you can. I already excerise for 25 min on treadmill, do triceps and bisceps excercise with my dumb bell weights. I will go back excercise tonight. Today we will have alot of company in our house and will celebrate my brother s birthday at my house.
25 min treadmill
12 for 3 sets for triceps
12 for 3 sets for bisceps (sp?)
will report tonight after I excercise tonight

You made me proud of you!
Did you pur music cover your ears while using treadmill. Sore muscles are great and your muscles are wokring to become toner. I am getting used to have all sores from my muscles now since I have been work out for two months. You will get used it later I am glad both of us are morning people

Hi Kathy,
I have not done any excercise in the past 5 days due to a foot injury.
I am not sure what I did to it, but it seems to be getting better so I will resume walking tomorrow. I feel terrible that I have not done anything because I should be substituting walking with something else. I have done a lot of housework and scrapbooking though! Love this log because it gives me not only the inspiration to excercise but also the guilt because I haven't.

You can excercise by using your arms like wrap rubber band to excercise or light weight lifts to use your arms while your foot is healing to get better. It is not too late and you can start tomorrow to start new kind of excercise. How is your srapbooking doing? Mine is good so far...

Hi Kathy and everyone..
I decided since Kathy did some early exercise I should too. So instead of waiting for my walking buddies to call I went out and walked 2.8 miles by myself. I also ran a little over a half a mile of that! Running?
Who is this person and what did she do with Joanie?
I got home and my walking friend called me..I went out with them and walked another 3.6 miles!! I did over six miles today..my legs are sore.
I am now warming up with a hot cup of decaf tea. It all feels so good!

Good morning!
Today I exercised for 25 minutes on the elliptical machine.
This afternoon we are going ice skating, which should be good exercise.
But, since I haven't been for so many years, and everyone else is new to it as well, we may be just holding on to the railing - not too much exercise there. But hopefully still fun, and hopefully I won't break any bones.

That elliptical machine I did at Gym with personal trainer. I noticed it made my muscle sore from thighs while using it.
I am anixious to find out Tammy and you make out from Ice Skating!
I am so thrilled to see you did made an half hour for yourself to do excerise. In a month later you will lost inches from your legs if you keep excerise everyday

Kathy, I am sorry for the discomfort. I hope you are feeling better today.
I am happy to report that my TREADMILL was delivered this morning and I just had my 1st 25min workout on it!!!!!!!! WAHOO!!! I love it. did a 5min warmup, 15min of aerobic level and 5min cool down. I feel really good, broke a sweat and everything.
I am so excited to be posting real exercise on the exercise log today! My body does feel better after getting a workout. I think I may do another 25mins tonight.
Thanks for all your inspiration Kathy by starting the exercise log. I have been reading everyday and seeing all the workouts sure has inspired me.
