Hey Terri, I am so glad you have treadmill now. I agreed with you that you felt good after being sweaty and finsihed your work out. I am glad I helped you to motive for excercise now . Did you watch Tv while you are using treadmill or listen music while using it. I watch Tv while I am using treadmill because I cnanot hear music. I cannot wait to give you big hug on Feb 1st or 2nd for post op meeting at Middlesex hospital. Hugs Kathy K

My evening excercise 20 min on excerise bike made for 5.1 miles on it 20 for 3 sets for uppser abs 20 for 2 sets for lower abs ( need to work harder for next 20 for 3 sets) 6 times for hold excercise ball up and lowest near touch the ground ( that is hardest excerise I had but i do feel sore in my lower abs and need to work on build up up to ten times this week) 12 for 3 sets for push up( i used my excercise ball more far, It is harder to push up) I am all done for excersie for tonight and will take a hot bath soon Kathy K
