Hello WLS friends, Thank you all so much to those of you *****sponded with suggestions for more soft foods. I intend to try each and every one of them. By the way, Darlene H. and I were out shopping on Sunday (is there any better way to spend time?!) and stopped at a 7-11 in South Windsor. They have Crystal Lite Slurpees! Yay! The guy there said they always have at least one flavor. Today it was banana/strawberry, and it was good. I'd imagine they must have them at all 7-11s, so if you already knew this, well, lucky you! Anyway, have a great week, and thanks so much again. Heather

Thank you Heather. I've missed my slurpees. I am going to get one tomorrow. Maggie

About 18 months ago, I had written to 7-11 about the content of the Crystal Lite Slurpees. They are not a zero-carb indulgence like regular Crystal Lite. So, as with most things in life that seem too good to be true, Cyrstal Lite Slurpees should be approached with a modicum of caution, particularly if they might further the use of a food or drink as a "reward" or if they might otherwise serve as a trigger food.
