Bad Maggie didn't exercise yesterday at all...
Today did 30 min. of Richard Simmons Blast and Tone using 3 and 5 lb. weights, as well as four sets of crunches. Crunches are the worst.
Will do Yoga for Dummies DVD with hubby tonight. It is so relaxing and I highly reccomend it for anyone who has ever wanted to try yoga.

I'm really enjoying hearing what everyone else is doing.
I tried kickboxing, too, and was sorely disappointed. I had won a 3-month membership, and only went once. The owner/operator wasn't much to cheer about. No instruction, just kind of "yeah, uh, follow them", told me I had to buy a uniform (which was free if you BUY a membership) and tried to upsell me into another 3 onth package. All this at the first class. WHAT A WASTE!
Anyway...I didn't exercise today, since it's one of my off days,
but I can tell you what I did the last couple of days:
Monday: 3 circuits at Curves (still have a month left on my membership)
Wednesday: worked out at the gym --
Seated leg curls: 12 reps at 70 pounds, 15 reps at 65
Seated leg extension: 45 pounds, 12 reps, 2 sets
Abductors: 70 pounds, 12 reps, 2 sets
Adductiors: 80 pounds, 15 reps, 2 sets
Dips: 60 pounds, 12 reps, 2 sets
Seated row: 45 pounds, 15 reps (dual axis), 35 pounds, 15 reps (std)
Chest press (upright): 15 reps at 35 pounds, 15 reps at 40 pounds
Pec fly: 37.5 pounds, 15 reps, 2 sets
Back: 80 pounds, 20 reps, 2 sets
Seated lat pulldown: 50 pounds, 15 reps, 2 sets
Standing cable pulldown: 65 pounds, 15 reps, 2 sets
Bicep cable curl: 25 pounds, 12 reps, 2 sets
Stationary bike (fatburner mode): 40 minutes, distance 14.40 miles
