I had a perfect eating day yesterday. Lets see if I can keep this up. One day at a time....
B-rye toast w/melted cheese 13 g
S-protein drink 30g
L-small salad with perdue low fat chicken lite dressing 13 g
S-half an apple and pnuts 6 g
D-roast chicken and vegies 18 g
S-protein bar 12 g

B- 16 ozsimply smart milk 20 g
S-protein bar 15 g
L- lean cuisine swedish meatballs, 1/2 c salad ff shredded cheese and dressing 24 grams
D- 1/4 banana, 1/2 c yogurt, 1 c simply smart smoothie, powdered milk smoothie 18 g
s- turkey and cheese rollup 12 g
I can't beleive I ate that all in one day! That is what I get for staying home all day yesterday, lol

So far it is a little quieter at work, but we will see what happens as the day progresses! I hardly ate anything yesterday and my brain kinda panicked. I felt like I had to convince myself I wouldn't starve!
B- Ham & Cheese roll-ups (18g)
S- CC milk w/ choc Unjury (32g)
L- Detour bar (15g)
S- Q-Smart Bar? (10g)
D- Chicken & Dumplings (frozen crock-pot meal, figured I'd try it) (10g)
I have to wor****il 6:30 and have school at 6:15, so I don't know when I'll be home, may skip dinner.... Didn't get enough water yesterday so that is top priority for today!

Hi everyone!
Been MUCH better at my food this week. Laying off the sweets (yes, I don't dump, DARN!) and I'm under a lot of stress lately. But this surgery really has made a wonderful tool for me to keep on track.
B - low fat granola
S - banana
L - pork (3 oz).
D - chicken/veggie stir fry
S - Not sure yet, but definately something with protein
And lots, and lots of water.
