I'M A BIG LOSER!!!

I dropped that one pound and HERE I AM BABY! A VERY, VERY BIG LOSER! I have to wake Sandy up to tell her the news....she sleeps in on Saturdays. Ann 100lbs GONE 64 lbs to GOAL!

Thanks Everyone! I have more good news! Sandy is going to pay the $300 I need to participate in Chris Lodi's "Psychological Aspects of Eating" group! She's doing this as a present to me for losing the 100lbs! As a retiree, I have to watch my $$ and this is a huge help! What a great day! Ann 100lbs GONE! 74 lbs to goal (I miscalculated the last time!)

Ann, Congratulations! 100 lbs is an amazing accomplishment! That is so great that Sandy is giving you such a great gift. BTW, How was the meeting Thursday? I wasn't able to leave work early and missed it. I am hoping to do Chris's program to. Do you know when and where it will be? Congratulations again! Carmen
