Joanie's Food Log-Saturday
Brrrrr again..its freezing! Laundry and cleaning on the agenda for my day. I started out the day cooking myself two eggs and a slice of toast..what was I thinking?
Didn't quite eat that much!
B-1 1/2 eggs-1/4 slice of rye toast 10g
S-protein drink-these have been on my logs..but I honestly haven't had one in three days! 30g
L-perdue chicken with melted mozzarella cheese and a tbsp of tomato sauce 16g
D-veggie burger on 1/2 sl of rye toast 18g
I am going to try to remember to log in what fitday.com says about my calorie and protein count...maybe I will do this on the following day...

Hi Joanie, Hi CT. Happy Saturday!
I also made eggs, but I made a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel, like you get at Dunkin Donuts. I know I can't eat the whole thing, so I usually cut it in half and give the other half to my husband, but today he was satisfied with his so I had to throw the other half away.
Here is my menu:
B- 1/2 bagel w/egg, slice cheese and slice bacon
S- Protein shake
L- not sure yet
D- Pork roast, noodles and green beans
S- tbsp. reduced fat/sugar peanut butter, and 2 tsp. havarti cheese
Will also try to get in my water. I guess I better stop drinking this coffee already.

I was so bad yesterday. I feel like I didn't stop eating from 1pm on, plus I was making terrible choices! Today is a new and MUCH better day!

Med D&D Coffee & Bite Donut
L- Split Pea Soup (22g)
S- Slice of Ham w. Melted Cheddar (7g)
D- Turkey Burger w/ lf cheese (20g)
S- SF Jello
