bloating question
Yes Lauren I felt very bloated every time I drank something. It seemed like I had ate a cow. You just have to keep siping slowly, keep a bottle with you at all times. Before I was not able to drink warm water but now I am fine with it. As time goes by that will go away, but when you started eating soft food you get a different kind of feeling letting you know that your full. But the tool works so keep working on it. Good luck...
Bloat was my constant companion initially! Sip, sip, sip, sip. Drink tea...decaff of course. Warm your water up in the microwave before you drink it.
I had trouble with bloating for about two months...and it HURT to drink plain water...so I learned to mix some Splenda and a squeeze of lemon into my water glass! That really helped with both the pain and the bloat.
Lauren,
When I came home from the hospital I was very bloated and retained fluids up until about yesterday..I probably weighed more when I got home than when I went in..and it freaked me out...and yes it is normal..and I had to keep drinking no matter how bloated..to get in the required fluids so that my body would get to a point of equilibrium and release all the extra stuff...as for cold to the pouch...mine is numb..lol...everything goes down just fine thus far.
