Hey Everybody I am back from Bally's with some great news . My workout today was an hour of Cardio and an hour of upper body. So I started with 30 mins. on the elliptical machine. Boy did that feel good . I then went to get my upper body in. I worked chest shoulders and lats. I work my chest 4 times a week because I don't want to have man breast . Well after my lifting I decided to get on the treadmill. Now mind you I can stand the treadmill but it was calling me. I started with a light walk then I was feeling it. The whole time thinking "I really got to get this weight off". So I cranked it up. I took it right passed the slow jog to a good run . The speed was at 5.7 before I knew it. Now I'm watching the distance clicking away and I'm like I can get at least a ½ mile AND I DID . That was the first time I have run in almost seven years and I feel great . I now have to add the treadmill to my workout routine Frenchy 10 Weeks Post-Op Today 346/272/212 -74 lbs. Forever - 60 lbs. to Goal

Frenchy, That is so wonderful! Good for you! I love running. I did cross country in high school and pretty much stopped after that. I had been contemplating jogging on the treadmill at the gym but was afraid that I might break it i ran. Maybe I will give it a try. thanks for the inspiration Eileen
