Kathy's Excercise Log- Tuesday
Good Morning Everybody,
Yesterday I was so tired after work but was busy with my kids after work. By the evening, I did not feel like to excercise but I forced myself to do 35 min on treadmill and 3 sets of lower abs cruches. I am glad I did it! Went to bed early last night!
Tonight I will meet my trainer to do my excercise for an hour then will do my own cardio at gym after I finished with her.

Good morning!
Today I did the usual 30 minutes on the elliptical, but I doubled the resistance level...I do a "Smart program" where it changes by itself. Once I got used to it, it didn't seem too hard, like I wasn't pushing myself enough. I didn't know I that I could change the resistance, my husband showed me how. I got off the thing today feeling like I really worked out. I increased my calories burned by almost 100!! I forgot the exact number but it was well over 425 calories burned in 30 minutes...Awesome!

My water aerobics class keeps getting more intense..and I am loving it! The time just flies by!! I wi**** was 3x a week instead of two. My friend and I are going to try to get out there for at least a 2 mile walk...if not there is my walk aerobics tape.... Its amazing how this exercise stuff works!
People have been telling me for yrs...I never listened. My scale has NOT moved...but I can feel I am losing inches!! My clothes are gettng loose again!
