Good morning everyone.
B- Carb Countdown yogurt, 12 gr
S- water
L- small slice of 3ft grinder, 24gr
S- maybe hard boiled egg if I feel hungry, otherwise jus****er
D- 3 oz. ham steak, 1 cup fried cabbage
S- not sure...probably tbsp. carb control peanut butter and 2 tsp. cheese
Enjoy this balmy weather!!!

I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day! I wish I could go out in sun a bit, maybe it would help me stay awake. I didn't sleep well (my knee is really hurting) so I am tired today!!!

S- Q-smart bar
L- 1/2 - 3/4 Wendy's chili w/ cheese
S- 1/2 Atkin's bar
D- No clue, I really need to plan dinners better!

Good morning everyone
I'm really trying to get back onto eating real food. I have been living on shakes and bars. So yesterday I vowed to at least eat one meal a day to start.
B- EAS Advant Edge Shake
S- Carb Well Peanut Butter Cereal Bar
L- 1.5oz Detour Bar
S- SF, FF Pudding
D- Not sure yet... Hubby wants to go out to eat
S- No Clue... Probably a Protein Bar
I need to get better about my water intake as well. I have been so bad with water. Someone kick me to get me drinking...

D: Lowfat Refried beans with LF cheese
S: SF Jello
