Pre-Op Liquid Diet

Hello, I just started my liquid diet today and was wondering if anybody else had to drink the optifast and how they found the strength to do it. It's not the most awful stuff I have ever tasted but it certainly is not the best. To anybody has has done this already, Patty

I did not have to do the opti fast. Just wanted to wish you luck on your liquid diet. I know you'll do just fine. Maggie

Hi Patty, I too have to do the liquid diet, hats off to everyone who has, just think of it this way you are prepairing for the rest of you life and this is only going to make things better in the long run. Hang in there honey !!!! Tara K.

Thanks guy, I didn't think it was going to be this hard but having a husband and kids who still have to live and eat is rough. I know it is all going to be worth it in the end. This board is great and very helpful. Thanks to both of you for your kind words. Patty
