Kathy's Excercise Log- FRIDAY

I am in good mood today! SMILE Why? Subase closed today ! No work for me today even thought they paid for me! I will run errands today with my daugther and will buy scallops for dinner tonight. It was last minutes email from my trainer and I did excercise with her last night and felt good after excercise. I will work on my abs situp and treadmill tonight with my kids. Be careful to shovel the snow and don"t get hurt yourself. We have 10 inches of snow here. Hope you will do your workout and feel great after you did it Kathy K

Hi Kathy; All of my helpers were away today, so I did a ton of snow shoveling. That was enough exercise for me today. Mike
