Sorry I am so late with this. Lots of extra carbs yesterday...less today..but I should not be eating like this..but hey...I am here for honesty...the good, the bad and the ugly.
B-hard boiled egg
S 1/2 Atkins choc pnut butter bar
L Wendys chili
-----this is where I went bad...
S-1/2 of Krispy Kreme donut
D-steak, green beans/mushrooms...1/2 cup of mashed potatos..
S- other half of Krispy Kreme Donut!
----------I need to cut out these carbs----its tough...but if the scal is ever going to move again...they need to be history!!

Hey Joanie,
I was wondering where you were today! Hey, how was that donut? I miss donuts... but they are permanently off my diet.
Here is what I did today, did go to Outback last night and shared a meal with my daughter, it worked out fabo. But three of us shared an ice cream dessert, it was heavenly.
And I seem to be stuck again too. Third plateau in three months.
B - total protein
L/D - kind of a combo lunch/dinner since we were out, 1/3 of a large Wendy's Chili
S - nuts and 1/4 of my daughter's pb&j
I also had some carrots and some protein supplement
