I need help quitting smoking :help:

Hi All, Thank you all for you support it will be very helpful to know that there are others out there and I am not alone in this situation. Heck if you all can do it so can I. Tomorrow will be the day I begin to be a quitter. I will be using the patch. If I have difficulty then I will call my PCP and get something from him. He is so supportive so i know that he will be helpful. I am new to this board so bear with me please. As i progress through the next stages of my surgery I am sure I will be needing help from you for that as well. You all should be very proud of yourselves. I look forward to the day when I can post how much I have lost too. Thanks Again Joan
