Good Morning everyone. March is finally here! Hopefully the snow will be done soon! B- DD Decaf coffee only, had a meeting at work which went too late to eat S- propel water L- green salad w/feta cheese, lite dressing S- Strive protein bar D- hamburger patty, no roll, hot dog, no roll S- 2 tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter I went to DD before work and bought muffins to bring in. Thought I would try a Reduced fat blueberry muffin, so I bought one. Looked up the product info online BEFORE I ate it- Thankfully!! Reduced fat muffin had 440 calories, 12 grams fat, 75 carbs and 35 grams sugar!!! WOW!! Needless to say, I will not be eating that muffin. Have a good day. Anne

What a crazy week. I haven't even touched the computer since Friday, and that was only for a minute! B- 1 slice rasin toast s- 1 cup CC milk L- small piece lasagna s- Detour bar D- Probably more leftover lasagna s- SF Jello Have a great day! Carmen
