Joanie's Food Log-Satufday
Confession--for the past 3 or 4 days I ahve not been true to my food log... I have been going against my plan of not eating carbs to eating much to much of them!! I need to buckle down there..this plateau is killing me!
B-2 poached eggs 1/2 slice toast 13g
S-Carb countdown choc milk 8oz 12g
Snack-2oz of chicken 12 g
Lunch-1/2 grilled chesse sanwich 1.5 slices of low fat cheese--8g
Snack-1 cup of tea
24 oz of propel water
D-turkey/spinach/salad 15g
Snack-sF jello ff coolwhip...and maybe a frozen fruit 2o cup
