Sorry I was MIA yesterday..not sure anyone missed me anyway Here goes the plan for today... B-protein drink 30 g S-protein drink 30 g L-salad with homemade chicken salad ff dressing 18g S-hard boiled egg 6g D-Wendy's Chili 17g...maybe a salad... S-Slim a Bear SF ice cream bar--4g Have a great day CT...would love to see what everyone is eating...and Kathy would love to see your exerecise log too! Joanie

Joanie, Thanks for asking. I was just thinking it was time for a new pic. I'll work on that. I am still plateauing. But I am constipated, and have increased water, protein, and exercise. I am patient. The drink I am using now is something I got from wlsfriends.com, it tastes like an orange julius. The only protein drink I have been able to tolerate. 1 cup milk protein powder (I use 1 scoop of a vanilla protein whey)23 grams protein ice 1 splenda packet 1/4 tsp. classic orange crystal light Blend I can't drink it all, so I cut the milk, crystal light, and splenda in half. So 27 grams protein. Later I will post some low carb oatmeal cookies. My daughter makes them for my family, they are to die for. I have had a few, but they fill me up quickly. And how is your plateau going? Pam

Pam Plateau is still there..although the scary few lbs that were creeping on 3 to be exact) are now gone..and I am holding stead at 79 lbs gone. I must confess...there has been a jar of those cinnamon candies (atomic fireballs) here at work..and I have had my hand in that jar one too many times lately! They are gone...so hopefully...that problem is too! I never thought I would even attempt to eat candy ever again...bums me out that I have such little willpower. I am human, however..so no beating myself up! The exercise is going well..and I am hoping that this plateau will be history...just like this winter weather!! XO Joaie
