Js Food log/Ks Exercise Log-Friday
Should be a glorious weekend after this rain clears up! My DH and I are heading to Mohegan Sun for an overnighter...Sat-Sunday. The Pro Bowlers are at the casino...I got him tix last yr for his bday...and he loved it. Its the best of both worlds...he gets his bowling and I get my gambling!
I had a great workout at the gym yesterday. Five miles on the bike..in 18 min..but I did 20. I also did a 15 minute mile on the treadmill... Did 1.5 miles in 25 min. Did some weights for the arms, thighs, chest and abds too. Not sure what is happening today..looks like Sat/Sun are just walks at the casino...so I may head for another workout at the gym today.

B Carnation instant breakfast w/1 cup simply smart milk 14g
s 2oz yogurt 2g
l 1.5 oz tuna fish 12g
s 2 oz applesauce
d 2 oz scrod, it has dice tomatoe, capers, onion and slice black olice(i put in foil and grilled-oh my go**** was delicous. It was also the first real cooked thing I ate.

Well I'll be at skating tonight with daughter and then her school is having a skating party so I'll be stuck there for 2.5 hours. I do not think I'll get any gym time in tonight but I do have a meeting today down the street and I think i'm gonna walk around the block and take the long way so that will be about a 30 min walk.

Have a great time at the casino this weekend! I had a great exercise day so far today. I started off at 6:00 am with a 1 mile walk with one of my dogs, then I went to my versa training class at the club for 1 hour and 15 minutes. ( I had a fantastic workout!). I still have to take my other dog for a walk later so he doen't feel left out and I will probably go back to the club with my son and do some weights while he does cardio.
I have to start doing better with my eating because I have not broken my plateau yet. ( I did the plateau buster diet but only lasted two days) I actually lost 3 lbs after day 2 but I think it was all water because now I have gained it back again. I will not get weighed again now until the 15th so hopefully I will have lost some by then.
Eating goes like this today:
B- Coffee
S- atkins shake
L- cheese and crackers
S atkins shake
D- pork roast
S- Slim-a bear ice cream (no sugar added)

I know this is not part of the Food log, you guys would holler at me for what I ate today! Since now I am eating for two! Just wanted to let you know that my Level 2 ultrasound is scheduled for Tuesday. I can't wait. Wish you were doing it! By the way, I was so excited and everything that I never got a chance to tell you how great you look! I was checking out your before picture! kepp up the good work and have fun at the casinos! You can hijack the food log anytime Mary Jo! Thanks for your kind words...you must have brought me luck the scale has finally moved!! I have lost 4 lbs this week!! I guess my plateau is over!
Keep us posted--on you Level II....the docs and techs there are awesome there.
I am so psyched for our little getaway...just going overnight..but I so need this right now!
