Js Food Log/Ks Exercise Log-Saturday/Sunday
Hi gang...
Before heading to the casino for an overnighter with my DH...
I am going on a 3 mile walk with my walking buddies. I cannot tell you how much I owe these two friends...who from the beginning have motivated me to get out there four or five times a week. One of them is just looking to keep heathy..she is actually underweight..the other..has been so surprised that she has lost 15 lbs without much effort. Its been a win-win situation for all of us! From the walking I went on to water aerobics and about five weeks ago..finally joined a gym. Its amazing that I am now doing a 15 min mile on the treadmill! Anyway...I hit the gym last night and tommorrow may be my first day off of any kind of exercise in at least 3 weeks!
Menu is a bit sketchy today...I am going to mix up a protein drink..to bring with me to supplement today.
Saturday
B-scrambled eggs
L-I am hankering for shrimp ****tail...
D-probably steak and yest..a baked potato..we are going to Outback for dinner
Sunday
B-and L-Brunch out somewhere
D-I should be home..and will make my old standby..Chicken grilled over a green salad....
Kathy should be home soon...I will see what she thinks..but I think we should post the logs together...

I just know you will have a fabulous time at the Sun. Enjoy the Outback, my favorite restaurant!! Yes, I think the logs should be posted together, takes less time, and less to read if you are in a hurry.
My thoughts for today,
B - protein drink
L - ham slices
D - we may go to Wendy's, if we do, I will have Chili. If not, not sure then.
S - sf popsicle
Gym at noon to do kick box class.
