Good Friday Morning CT!
I walked 2 miles before work yesterday AND spent an hr at the gym! I keep thinking the scale should be moving downward quickly..never missing a day of exercise. Guess that is not the way it all works eh?
Anyway...its another hr at the gym today...and maybe a walk with my neighbors tonight.
B-cottage cheese
S-hard boiled egg
L-yep --another chicken caesar salad
D-steak and vegies

My son is sick with stoamch virus from his school and is home with me today. Go buy size pant 12 and try it on once a weekly than thinking about going to weight on SCALE!!! SMILE!! I already bought size 12 and it is not fit me yet but i will work hard in excercise and will try on it once a weekly until it fit me. Not strentgh pant Real blue jean pant with sipper up size 12
B protein drink
S boiled egg
L Tuna salad
S Nectar protein drink
D cod fish with brocolli
S WATER and nectar protien drink after excercise
I exceried 40 min on treadmill and took for a walk with my dog yesterday
I will see my trainer tomorrow morning for an hour.

Just a thought for you, my nutritionist says not to eat caesar salads because they are actually pretty fattening. I eat regular salad with grilled chicken and seem to do much better losing the weight then when I eat caesar salad, I actually gain weight.

exercise 1/2 hr walk in the neighborhood. I have to check the mileage in the car.
