It's HERE!

Hi Everyone, I'll be going into St. Francis tomorrow at 7:15am for my surgery. I cannot believe the day is here already! What's funny is I'm not scared or nervous in the least..more excited than anything. I'm ready to begin my new journey and where I know this won't be a cake walk, I'm focused on becoming healthy and leading a more normal lifestyle. I enjoyed my last dinner at Angelino's Sunday night and I SKIPPED dessert! LOL! I'd like to thank you all for your support, insight, and knowledge, having this website available for questions and discussions has helped me tremendously. I think one of the biggest obstacles I will face post op is "head hunger"...If anyone has gone through this and has any tips they can share I'd appreciate it. Mickey Much love and support for you tomorrow. I will be right there with you but at a different hospital. I have to be there at 6:00!!! I feel alot more calmer than I did before, I think my delay was a blessing. Take care and can't wait to hear your story! Phyllis
