Anxiously awaiting date of surgery....

I am getting more and more anxious about meeting my deadline. my insurance will not cover the surgery as of july 1st, so i have to have it before then. ANd I just got my cpap for the sleap apnea 2 days ago and Doctor A.' s nurse said i have to be on it for 2 weeks before they can give me a date! And I have to be able to "tolerate" the Cpap....Well, I am not tolerating it yet, but am working on it. .....

I just recently found out that there are other options for the mask and tubes part of the cpap. Some that are supposed to be alot more tolerable. Not so many straps and velcro and tubes, etc. Check with the people that supply yours and see what else they might be able to work with you on. Hope it helps! Heather
