Has anyone tried using the Louis Kemp Krab? It's a fake crab product. I was thinking that since it shreds, I could make a krab salad. Thanks Heather

I've tried it & absolutely LOVE it! I shred it for crab salad, too, and it's just delicious! Enjoy! Barb

It's very good. Careful though the first time...it has a relatively high sugar content. Lisa C
