Hi Everybody
I know everybody are very busy this sumer because the warmer outside and it lasts until 800 pm before the sun will go down
I hope you all keep your tools help you to stay your healthly
My trainer increased more in my excericse and showed me harder excercise. I am little sore today. I will go for powerwalking on my lunch time today because my son have baseball game tonight.

Exercise for me is just laps around the house, but it's better than nothing.
B- 1.5 oz Detour Bar
L- 2oz Roast Beef and Cheese
S- SF, FF Pudding With Cool Whip Free
D- 1/2 Cup Egg Beaters With Cheese
S-1/2 Cup of Munchie Mix
