Hi Everybody I have head hunger last night but forced myself to drink simple milk glass and shut myself in my bedroom to stay away from KITCHEN!!!! Finally my head hunger disappears!!! That is hard part of our life to deal with our head hunger minds!!! Anyway I am little crazy with prepare for this WLS Party and reconnect alot of computers at work and listen users who complains about their new office while I reconnect their computer B- low carb slim fast protein drink ( was rush this morning) S Nectar protein drink and WATER L Chicken with some salad S Morning start bar D ????? Have not decide yet S Nectar protein drink and simple smart milk Pray for no head hunger mind tonight!!!!! Hugs Kathy K

forget to put for exercise will meet my trainer tonight for an hour workout and will do cardio for 40 min during my lunch time at gym across from my new office

Hello all, Busy day today at work, getting ready for the WLS picnic and work we are doing a senior center picnic next week. Lots to do as always! B: Atkins Orange Cream Protein Shake S: Rest of Shake L: Leftover Chicken Quesadilla from Taco Bell lastnight S: Zone caramel apple protein bar D: Not sure yet S: probably carbsmart icecream Lots of propel water today. May have some fuze drink tonight. Did a lot of walking today too. Can't wait to see everyone on Saturday!! Hugs KimC

Hi everyone Hope everyone had a great day. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for good weather on Saturday. I'm so looking forward to a wonderful day of meeting new friends and seeing old friends. No exercise for me today due to back strain. Just did some light back stretches. I'm waiting to hear from physical therapy for a start date. The moral is if you are ever on bedrest for a long period of time, start of slowly and don't do too much too fast no matter how hard it is. B- Low Sugar Oatmeal with a scoop of Very Berry Vanilla protein powder S- Vanilla Power Crunch bar L- South Beach Turkey Ham Wraps S- SF, FF Pudding Pie Slice D- 1/2 Whole Wheat Bagel with Peanut Butter and SF Raspberry Jam S- Not sure yet, maybe nothing Got in all my vitamins and plenty of water.
