Thirsty today. Lots of decaffinated Iced tea today.
Went into work early , worked 5 hours,came home and trimmed the hedges. No Gym today, Got a bit of sun in the back yard then showered and relaxed the rest of the day. Have a great day all!

Hello all,
Kathy is on vacation in Florida, so we won't see her post for alittle while. So hope everyone is having a great weekend. I was at a picnic all day today at my cousins and in the poool too. Woo Hoo, wore a bathing suit it was great to not be uncomfortable.

Was bad today, but did not over do it. I drank alot of Fruit 2O also. Swam alot today which was great.

Hi Kim, You didn't do that bad. With all the swimming it was ok to treat yourself. The important thing is that you know its something that you can't do every day. Glad you had a great day! Heading to the beach today, nice to be able lay out in the sun without a bunch of folks trying to drag you into the water while feeding you frozen mackeral !, LOL

Hi Joanie. "Fitday.com" is Definitly useful. Will let you know right off the bat if you are starting to stray offtrack with your meals. Will work on the posting a little more to make it easier to read. Really like the calender part of it so you can compare what you have been eating day to day. Have a great day,
