LOL Your not kidding about that Phososoda stuff! First time I ever used it! Sheesh! I wished I had brought a something slippery to sleep in. The cotton johnny coats weren't that easy to move around in. I sleep with a fan too as does my son, tho I must say I'm feeling alot cooler these days! Be well and see ya soon on the "losing Side" ! Good luck Annette! I brought books, did not read them. I did read a couple articles in reader's digest, they were short enough....also, I loved having my nightgowns and deodorant. also, shampoo and CONDITIONER for when you can take a shower....Especially Conditioner, as the shampoo they have at the hospital really does a number on your hair...Mostly I just slept and walked.... I hope all goes well for you tomorrow. See you in the loser's circle, Dorota

Annette: I had my surgery last year on 7/26. It is a great day for surgery LOL. Best of luck to you. I brought my fan too. I need it to fall asleep plus I found the room warmer than I like it. I wouldn't bring much else though. I never even unpacked the rest of my stuff. Just a toothbrush, toothpaste, nice lotion, CHAPSTICK or the like since it is dry in the hospital and my FAN. I wore the same outfit home that I wore to the hospital. The less you bring the less to keep track of. Please keep us posted as to how you are doing. If you ever want feel free to e-mail me. Take Care, Chryssie
