MOMS ON OUR SIDE AND DOING GREAT

Hi Everyone, Thank You so much for the warm welcome and the support you all share on a daily basis. This board is so wounderful. Anyways I am home from the hospital from being with my Mom betty botelho. She was in surgery for 2 and half hours and in recovery for 2. She is doing fabulous. When she came to her room she was smiling and was her old bubbly self. She did great... I left her about 7pm and she was doing fine and said she didn't need morphine at that point. Her nurse has a date with her at 11pm to start walking, she wanted to walk as soon as she got to her room.. LOL he said to wait a while to have the ans. wear off. I will keep you all posted as I get more info. thanks again for the welcome, prayers and support. My mom is the best and I'm so happy to have her share this journey with me... Tara K
