Hi all, I have been really having a hard time sleeping and at work they sell Unisom, does anyone know if that will hurt my pouch? Surgery date was April 22, 2004. Thanks so much for your input Beth

I don't know about Unisom, but you could try Tylenol PM, just make sure you have at least 8 hours to devote to sleep.

The gels use the same active ingrediant as benydril and tyleniol PM. Would be safe. Peter
