Hey Gangs, I took my dog at vet for update shots and check up. she is healthly and hates to have her nails trimmer! the weather is much cooler than last weekend. I went to jog with my dog yesterday. Today I will do weight lift for my upper and lower body at gym . Thank you for posting your food and exercise log yesterday and was glad to see everybody keep their tools on this board B- left over grilled steaks S nectar protein drink and protein bar L tuna salad S cashew nuts and load of water D turkey meatloaf with green beans S Simple smart milk and nectar protein drink Have a nice day! Hi Everyone, Well, the no carb plan worked and I lost 4 lbs in 16 days! Still not below 150 but will continue to strive to get there! I went to the Gym twice yesterday. I took a pilates class in the morning ( not sure if I like it or not, seems almost pointless to me because I am so into cardio) I will try it a few more times to see if I will begin to like it! I also went to my Cardio on Fire class in the evening. Today is my super sculpt class! I think my diet will go like this today: B-Atkins shake L- Salad with egg and cheese D- left over chicken or beef S- Fruit Salad with lite cool whip Happy Day Everyone! Sandy

Hi all, I worked out yesterday and got up to do it again today, but my knees are really sore. Feels like overuse. Makes me a little nervous because I've been pain free for so long now......I'm going to take the day off today with cardio, but still do some toning and weights. I think my body is still adjusting to being on my feet all day at work. Big difference. B - Low carb Special K with SS milk L - Panera salad D - steak with green beans S - FF yogurt It's my day off today, so I'll be doing errands with the kids, then taking them to Laser Quest. ;) Tammy

Hey All!! Congrats Sandy on your 4lbs! I am feeling so much better today with the weather - less tired and less cranky - and it is so nice to be able to open the windows and feel the fresh air!! B: south beach bar L: 2oz baked chicken and some raw sugar snap peas S: 3 oz yogurt D: (not sure yet) S: watermelon And my glass of simply smart before I turn in. Lots of water. I have already had a cup of coffee and 10 oz od Isopure this afternoon. I will walk outside before my Junior League meeting tonight. Have a great day! Phyllis

Good morning all I have already gone to the Y and walked a mile on the treadmill and then came home and did my chores like laundry but it is so nice outside have to go to the football park tonight for the boys Will walk some more there..... B 2oz carb control protien shake L 2oz of chicken S SF Fudgicle D Grill hamburger Lots of Crystal light Enjoy the fresh cool air and have a wonderful day

Hi Everybody, B 1/2 cup bran flakes , 1/2 cup skim milk S 1oz Slim Jim stick. I just chew it till the flavor go's away then throw away the casing L 3/4 cup of Egg Drop soup S 1oz chedder cheese D Have some chicken breasts marinating in the frige.Will make them tonight on the grill with a salad No gym today, went yesterday.Just doing a bit of Nordic Trac and excersize bike. Nice to hear your dog's ok! My Beagle "Molly" isn't thrilled about getting her nails clipped either! Have a good evening everyone! Julio
