Good Morning Everybody,
I am little tired this morning after a long weekend. I had a wonderful time with my mom at cape cod and spend $$ for clothes and new shoes for this fall at outlet stores. I am going to order a new fall jacket through L. L. Bean today since I do not have any fall jacket this year.
Hope all of you had a nice weekend since the weather was nice and beautiful! 11 more days to go for Walk for Obesity!!! Cannot wait to go there and see old and new faces there!! Counting the days!!!
B- cottage cheese with strawberries
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L tuna salad
S protein bar and load of water
D homemade chilli with ceddar cheese
S simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
will workout with trainer tonight for an hour

Morning all.
I had a LONG weekend also, I'm very tired too. I have no idea what got into me yesterday, I made poor food choices and ate WAY too much. Today is a new day - and I plan on staying on TRACK!
B - protein bar
L - tuna salad with tomato and celery
D - 1/2 of a roast beef wrap with lettuce and tomato
S - nectarine and maybe celery with peanut butter if I need it.
Lots of water.
Not sure about exercise. I worked out hard all weekend and I feel really, really tired today. I may take today to rest.

I have a sore neck/shoulder and cramps, so I will probably just walk on my gazelle tonight for exercise.

I actually had a great weekend. I was on like a marathon, 3 day date this weekend. Went sightseeing over half of CT. Lots of fun!
B - 3oz yogurt
L - small salad (tuna, beans, cheese, egg)
S - handful of nuts
D - 3 oz chicken patty w/ cottage cheese on the side
S - blue bunny bar - no sugar added
Lots of water today, I really slacked on it this weekend. I've cut down on the exercise and have been losing weight again. 5 lbs last week! I guess I was over doing it. Who whudda thunck it??? So I will do 35 minutes of cardio and thats it today.

Long day today, lots of heavy lifting at work so will just do excersize bike after supper. Have a good nite all.
