I meant to ask you about this when I saw you yesterday, but forgot. You mentioned that we could put out a "spread" on the conference room tables. Without a kitchen, how do you suggest we handle it? Foods that work at room temperature and coolers with ice for beverages? I guess we need to get a feel for whether most people would rather go to a restaurant or would like to have a "potluck" with extras (pool, jacuzzi, etc.).
