Pain

Hi All, I am in lots of pain right now, and I am hoping its not my ulcer again.. Does anyone know how can I tell the difference between gas or ulcer pain. The pain goes to my lower back too. I have an appt for my depo shot at 1:20 so I will have them check me out then.. Thanks

Can't say I know the difference. I hope it's not your ulcer. Any possibility it could be your gallbladder? I know that pain sort of radiates from your back around to the front. It's probably the worse pain I have ever had in my life or pretty darn close to it.
