Looking pretty gloomy out there. My husband had a golf outing planned tomorrow-but I think it will be cancelled. He usually works on Sat--so it will be fun to have some extra time together! Having my hubby join the gym with me last Sunday never worked out (it closed earlier than I thought) so we will go tonight...and then have our "date" looking for windows at Home Depot! Can ya tell we've been married 20 yrs?? B-toast w/melted cheese S-string cheese L-chicken grilled with a salad D-will make my hubby take me out..am craving a burger--sans bun of course I need to increase my water intake again..I am getting lax. Hey everyone: Going to the doctor today, my throat is still killing me. I was home yesterday and today and I feel like crap. I think I may have strep. Oh well, just another bump in the road. Hopefully its not serious. B: not hungry S: propel water L: not sure yet, can't swallow S: probably more propel and crystal light D: maybe Chicken broth S: not sure Not able to swallow really good, so eating is kind of tough for me today. Not very hungry. Will do my waters and maybe chicken broth. No exercise today. Sleeping alot. Hope everyone has a great weekend. I hope to be ok by this weekend, have lots to do. I have Monday off which will help too. Hugs KimC

B- yogurt with rasberries S Nectar protein drink and laod of water L Steak with green peppers and onions S Protein bar if I feel hunger load of water D Chef salad while my family have pizza for dinner S Simple smart milk and load of water will jog/powerwalking for 3 miles with my dog today in the raining or not!! I am crazy Have a nice weekend Kathy K

Good Morning Everyone! This sorta weather makes me sooo tired. B. protein shake L protein shake & broth S protein bar D protein soup S protein bar No time for formal exercise tonight.....but, I am going line dancing...so that counts for something! Have a great weekend everyone! Take care, Kelly

Hi Everybody! B 1/2 cup Kashi Crunch cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk S Cheese stick L 3 medium sized Romaine lettuce leaves stuffed with tuna salad. (Got the Idea from watching "Carb Commando" on the food channel. He used the lettuce leaves instead of taco shells when he made ground turkey taco's D I take fridays off so it was a subway nite! 6 inch tuna sub, with fixings, no bread. Went to gym and got my workout in. Had my protien shake before my workout and it seemed to help so thanks for the tip Kelly! Hope you have fun Line Dancing. I love country music. Kim, hope your feeling better. Try to rest up this weekend and keep drinking your fluids. Take Care everybody! Julio
