Hi Folks, Hope everyone is doing well.
B Scrambled egg with slice of LF cheese
S Handful of Cashews
L 3 oz's chicken parm
S piece of grilled zuccinni
D Making turkey kielbasa on the george forman grill, will have a small piece with small salad
Drinking that lipton green tea with mango that you put in your water bottle. It's sooooooooooooooooooooo Good!
Went to gym yesterday so will be a nordic trac nite tonight. Take care all and Kathy! Update that picture woman!!!!!!! Your progress is an inspiration to all of us on here! Take Care,

Another day of running- grocery store with the 3 year old- she's a pip - but she's my baby.
Spent $200- lots of fresh veggies.
Breakfast- 2 farm fresh scrambled eggs, Thomas' English Muffin- Hearty Grains kind thats very low carb
Lunch-2 oz of lean roast beef and 1 slice of low fat cheese.
Dinner- went all out- I grilled slices of eggplant on the foreman grill- then took ricotta cheese and layered it with the eggplant and a slight bit of spag sauce and heated it up in the oven- it was really good!
Not quite the breaded and fried eggplant my Italian mama made- but healthier.
Snack- Jello Brand sugar free chocolate pudding- that stuff is awesome! Tastes like regular pudding, satisfies my chocolate hankerings.
