Update on Nancy J.

I just wanted you all to know that I went in to see her today at about 12:30 and she was doing fine. She was groggy which is to be expected. She had just gotten up to the room. Everything went well and I told her I would let you all know. They said they were going to have her up Walking at 1:00 but I am thinking she was still too out of it with the meds to be walking yet. I also tried to see Christina but she had not come up from recovery as of yet. I will keep you all posted if I hear or see her again. Lisa

Hi there Lisa! (will email you separately as my computer's been on the fritz.) I called to see Nancy also and left her about 2 p.m.. She was lovin' that morphine pump and feeling better when the pain was under control. She said you'd visited, Lisa, and was thrilled to see you. Nancy mentioned how kind everyone had been and wanted to pass along her thanks to all who had been wishing her well. She asked that her seat be kept warm at the Monday evening dinner table as she'd be back there soon. What a great lady she is! Mary M

Thanks for the update. Colleen Little has her surgery tomorrow, so there'll be three up there! I won't be able to make the trip to see them though. But I know that Nancy and Christina said they'd be waiting to walk with Colleen! If you speak to them, let them know they're thought of. paula
