I am Overweight......

Kelly, I was not overweight at the pre-holiday get-together...I was obese... I think their charts are so wacky...At this rate, if I actually get to a normal" BMI, I will have disappeared...My personal goal is about 16 pounds away, but Dr. A has added another 19 pounds to that....I don't think that will be a healthy weight for me...of course, I have reached his initial goal for me already...so leave it to him to up the ante......Oh well, Thank you so much for your kind words.....God bless you and yours as well, and happy Holidays.... Dorota, (Love that name!) Congrats! This is a HUGE accomplishment in both weight loss and the road to now being HEALTHY! You've done so well. You should be SO proud of yourself. I look forward to getting there someday! It must be so much fun to be getting these "positive" nicknames instead of the old "behind your back" negative ones! Congrats again, paula

Paula, Thank you.... I do love getting these new nicknames..people are starting to tell me to stop losing weight..I still have a ways to go though...I am really happy with the results..I used to be on 4 blood pressure meds..and my blood pressure was still not under control..now i am not on any....I am so thrilled...and I am feeling so much better overall...
