Thank you everyone for responding. I think her problem is that she does have a weight problem and does not no how to deal with it.... Oh well, thats her and this is me. And me will continue to work with the tool that I have been given and will use it correctly. I felt so much better once I did my machine. I will continue to make the right choices when it comes to eating and exercising. And I will get to my goal eventually at my pace..... Thank you again everyone and I no that I can depend on my WL Family.... Good Day Magaly

Let me take a quote from one of the nationally renounded people out there.... You'll recognize it. "What were you thinking??????" First of all, you have come a long way in one year. Certainly further than any year in the past.Don't feel cheep in any fashion, but be willing to feel little.. much smaller than you were a year ago. Second, No number will ever make you happy. Certainly 14 will not for many years to come. Neither will 150, 125, 89, or many randon numbers. What makes you happy is you, not anyone or anything else. Surgery is a quick fix; it stops us from being able to eat. It DOES NOT fix the brain, the true problem we have. That's where the work really comes in. Third, so many of the "professionals" have no clue what is involved with this process. They know the mechanics, but are clueless over what truly happens to US! Depression, anxiety, a total lifestyle change. I enjoy telling people that this is the diet from hell! If someone is on weigh****chers or whatever and decide to go out and have a 2 lb steak one night, they pay for the price in gaining a pound, but can go back to the diet the next day. We would be starring at the steak thinking "Do I REALLY want to eat this for the next 4 or 5 days???" Let's see them try to walk in our shoes! Celebrate life. That is what you wanted with this surgery... not to live in a shell but to enjoy. If that means a day (or even several) that you splurge, LIVE LIFE!!!!! You can lose the weight again. You can't live a moment over again! Congratulations for not stopping at Baskin Robbins on the way home to cope with the depression that.... person caused. BTW... where's the new pictures???? Peter
