Got my referral!!!!!!

HI Everyone, I went to the 2 hr overview class on Tuesday per my PCP's suggestion.Then I went to be to see her on Wednesday and she sent in my referral. I am so excited!!!!  This  is becoming so real for me. I am so ready to make this change in my life.  Now I need to follow the program and make this happen..  I  hope I get that call soon!  TamiN

Hello Tami, Congratulations. I used to live in Milpitas back in 1975 to 1988. after I moved to Sacramento in 88 I went back for a visit and man did it change. I know I would not reconize it now. Sue

You are so right!!! Milpitas has grown a great deal and still developing.  Sacramento is a great area. My brother lives in Roseville so I travel that way often. How are you doing with your journey?

I am doing fine. I got a call today and I was given a surgery date of October 21. I can hardly wait. Sue

Congrats Tami!  You should be getting your orientation info in a few days now...you can also check online (Kaiser appt center) to see if your appointment has already been made before actually getting the packet in the mail. 

Congrats!!! You are on your way. So happy for you.

You don't know me but I thought I would offer my congrats as well!  Patience is the key with surgery.  I had my surgery one year and eight months ago and I have NEVER regretted my descision! Good luck!
