Janine, you sure are a busy woman.  you Teachers ROCK!!!!!!  my daughter (10th grade) loves all of her teachers this year. And boy does that make life easier for all.  LOL

Katt, congrats on finally being able to get out of the chair.  Just don't over do it on your new found freedom.  Hope it heals nicely for you

I have gone back to basics.  I give up on food temporarily.  In fact I am drinking a protein shake as I type this.

I did my second water aerobics class last night.  This time I went to the Cypress location because the pool at mine is closed for a week.  OMG this class was a lot harder. But I finished and then sat in the sauna for about 15 minutes.  It was so relaxing.  I feel great.  Except for my tummy.  It still hurts a bit.  But I know it will pass.

Good Morning Janine and Cali crew---
     I thought I would just say hi before i head off to sleep after a long night at work.  I have to work again tonight but at least it's my FRIDAY    
      One month to go before my new life begins.  I have been pleasantly surprised by the reaction that I have been getting now that I am telling people.  I had thought to not tell anyone but close family and a select few friends but I'm not very good at fibbing.  Everyone has been very supportive.  I can't wait to be on the loser's bench.

Your "new life" started the second you started this journey. You started changing the way you think and eat. Your mind has already started acting on the changes you working on. This is a great think.

Good Morning Janine & Everyone,
The first day of work was good. The first half of the day we had to sit in the room and fill out forms and watch videos, fun, fun. The second half was much better, I was on the floor with a nurse, seeing some of the things she does. From what I can tell it is busy busy and time will probably fly!!
Today I am only there until 1145 then I am off to my 2nd interview with the County down at the jail. Fingers and all that crossed. Best part is work was cool with me having a appointment and having to leave early.
I did discover that after getting home yesterday I was tired and had no desire to exercise. So I got up 30 min earlier today to do some exercise and I will make myself do a little tonight!!

Good Morning Janine and Cali guys and gals,

I am hoping today is not as hot as yesterday as it was miserable here in the desert.  Today I just have a light day.  Teaching, cleaning laundry, nothing new at all.  Our tiling project is coming so slowly.  We have only completeed the living room and heading into the dining room now.  I thought it would be done by now but the people who lived here prior did not do the first floor right so we are having to repair and it is taking forever.  But I am hoping to be done with this mess soon.  The dust is driving me nuts.  WEll that is all for today  Steve so sorry about the doggie, But I know he will do well with you and Darrell taking care of him.  Lu rest that back and take it easy if you can.    Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning All!

Just wanted to stop by and say hello. I have allready gotten the kids off to school, walked 2 miles, and going in just a few to meet my GF for coffee. Then its off to the office for a full day of interviews!!!! I have to hire 5 people...and OMG I am having no luck. I don't think half of the people even look at the job description! UGH!
