New to this site and looking for WLS buddies

This board is a great resource as you enter this journey.  There is a lot of support here and A LOT of knowledge and experience.  When friends and family don't understand what you are going through...you can always depend on your OH brothers and sisters to have answers, compassion, and advice!

Welcome to OH and the Cali Boards.  I sure you will do fine.  You should come out to the dinner on the 20th. 
Have you read any books on the subject of wls?  If not, I highly recommend, "WLS for Dummies" book; it is very comprehensive.

thank youfor your reply.  I do have WLS for Dummies..I bought it last year and read it cover to cover.  Fantastic information.  I need to re-read it.
When and where is the IE get together?      I'd like to try and come, I do have a church obligation that day...maybe God will allow me to slip away..lol

I agree with Puddin, WLS for dummies is the best one I have found out there.  You will really enjoy the IE group they are terrific people and very supportive.  You should come to the dinner on the 20th, it is going to be fun.  Come as you are!  Pre-op Post Op,  NO op Some op, Pink Op Blue  Op   Round op, Square OP any kind of Op that you are All Ops accepted!  Have a great day and hope to see you on the 20th!
