Jan,

you might want to double check the Kirkland calcium chews. I believe they are calcium carbonate and not calcium citrate. My urologist attributes me taking calcium carbonate as a factor in getting a kidney stone. My surgeon specified calcium citrate and my thought was "well isn't some calcium better than none" I was wrong. I have since switched to calcium citrate and haven't had any issues since.

Congrats on all the exercise. Keep up the great work.
Sue

Hello Lu and Cali!

Man has it been a busy few days. My Mom's birthday was Friday and my MIL's birthday is today. Friday evening there were 10 of us that went out to dinner. Yesterday I cooked a nice dinner and had 6 of them over. Today, I took Sammi down to my Uncle's to drive her car. When we got home it was straight for the benedryl for her. She's allergic to dogs and my uncle has 2 that she loves to love on.

Lu - I'm so happy Lisa "encouraged" you to take Fresser. I love to read all stories you tell us. I don't know what we would do without our fur babies.

Hope everyone has a great rest of the day.

Sue.

PS. the vitamins are in the cupboard above the coffee pot. Vitamins are the first thing I put in my mouth in the morning.

Happy Sunday California
Lulu..thank you for mentioning the vitamins.  With all that I've had going on this past week, guess what I forgot to include in my daily needs??..yep..My Vities!!  I had been adamant about taking them for over a month, then POOF!!  I have to balance meds and vitamins and what blocks whats absorption, or clashes with what.  Guess what will be sitting next to my computer now??..lol
Thank you all again, everybody, for your kind words and wishes regarding my Mom's passing and my trip to Phoenix and also your personal family stories.  See you on the forum tomorrow.
