You definitely don't want to forget to take all of your vitamins Scott, especially so early post op. You don't want to get into that habit, you know? I have been super good about taking all my vits, and at my 2 year post op, I still had a vitamin D deficiency and had to start taking vitamin D pills. I'm not trying to ream you or anything like that, I just want to encourage you to be consistent in all areas in order to be successful in your weight loss and your health.

But, still, I do think your fatigue is common....but like I said before, just be sure to just give the doc a call to be safe, you know? That never hurts. Also, see what your doc says about getting all that protein in..........too much can be hard on the kidneys.......ask him what he suggests your protein intake should be. I also believe you can go onto a website, type in your height and weight and it will tell you...maybe do a Google search on that.

Ok, I just found it:  http://www.healthcalculators.org/calculators/protein.asp

Blessings to you, keep us posted, ok?

Scot, you might want to have them check to see if you need to have the titrated pressure adjusted on your CPAP, I know you have lost over 100lbs so it is my guess you were fitted for your CPAP at the higher weight. Now that you have lost the weight you do not need the higher pressures and are taking in to much O2, causing you to have disturbed sleep even though you do not see it and are getting lots of sleep. Yes call your surgeon today and speak to him about all this and be up front about the multi and B12 being missed. I know he is in AZ but I am sure he can work with your PCP to get the needed test done.

Hey thank you for checking up on me.... I did call my Dr and explained to him what was going on, and yes I was honest about the no vitamins for 2 weeks( he was not pleased when he heard that), we talked for a bit and he feels it was do to me not having the vitamins and that my blood work came back and was told not to change antyhing i am doing.. So now that i have been back on the vitamins everything seems a ok right now.. I think i might have over done it last week at the gym...

But thank you for checking, hows everything going with you

I'm doing well....been a busy and long day with lots of walking. It's good for me, but I may have overdone it a bit today. Oh well, it just feels good to be one the mend!!

I'm glad you called your doc..........stay on those vitamins............deficiencies can creep up on you, and you don't want that. Just take it easy and don't try to do to much.....I think I'm also preaching to myself when I say that........lol!!!

Take care
